Get in touch
Start with a conversation.
Tell us what has prompted you to get in touch. We will listen, answer your questions and help you decide what feels right.
How to get in touch
Choose whatever feels easiest. We are happy to talk things through before you decide on anything.
We'll discuss
You do not need a perfect plan before you call.
We can start wherever you are.
It might be a new baby, a bereavement, a property or a business.
Or it might simply be time to get organised.
- What prompted you to get in touch
- Your current circumstances
- What you would like to achieve
- Whether we are the right people to help
Your questions
Before we speak
Is there any obligation after the first conversation?
No. The first conversation is simply a chance to understand what you are thinking about and whether we are the right people to help.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Nothing is essential. If it is helpful, bring any existing Will or Power of Attorney, and a rough idea of the people and assets you would like to discuss.
Can meetings be held online?
Yes. We can speak online or in person, depending on what works best for you and your family.
Do you offer home visits?
Please ask us when you get in touch. We will talk through what is practical for your circumstances.
Will I always deal with Richard?
Richard leads the client relationship and will make sure you know who you are speaking with at every stage.
Do you only work with local clients?
No. We speak with families across the UK, online as well as from our office in Upminster.
What happens if...
What happens if you get in touch?
Taking the first step doesn't commit you to anything.

A clear next step

Whether you are ready to plan or just have a question, you are welcome to get in touch.
